Rental Policy

  • Check-in 3:00 pm, check-out 10:00 am.
  • Family use only.
  • No smoking inside the cottage.
  • Pets cannot be left unattended inside the cottage.
  • $300 deposit for stays in excess of 1 week, refundable if property is left in same condition.
  • Credit card required to hold reservation.
  • Two night minimum stay.

Rates

For 2 adults OR 2 adults & 2 children under the age of 18

  • $109 per night, Sunday - Thursday.
  • $125 per night Friday, Saturday, & holidays.
  • $15 per night for each additional person.
  • $525 per week (7 nights).
  • $10 per night and $100 deposit for pets.
  • Add 6.75% NC sales tax.
  • $50 cleaning deposit; refundable if property left in same condition.
